What the update form collects

The form collects your email address, an optional first name, your selected project interest and your consent to receive updates.

Why it is collected

The information is used only to send the occasional founder or project updates you requested. There is no fixed weekly newsletter schedule.

Who processes it

Netlify may process and store form submissions as the website hosting and form provider. Your details are not collected through this form for unrelated advertising or sold to third parties.

How long it is kept

Submission data is kept while it is reasonably needed to provide the requested updates, and is reviewed or removed when it is no longer needed or when you withdraw consent.

Your choices

You can ask to access or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@arshiahomafar.com. Future emails will also provide an appropriate way to unsubscribe.
